Creation Studio

Are you an artist?  A handicrafter?  A hobbyist?  Do you want to be?  The Bettendorf Public Library is proud to introduce our new program series for adults, Creation Studio!

Creation Studio is a series of programs at the Bettendorf Public Library geared towards introducing arts, crafts, and hobbies to the community. These workshops, taught by local artists, craftspeople and hobbyists, are intended to give the participants an introduction to an activity in order to let them know if they wish to pursue it. Participants will learn basic skills, sources for training and materials, and approximate start-up costs. Whenever possible, Creation Studio will include hands-on experience.

Creation Studio will debut on February 25 at 6:30 p.m. when Ken Brinson give us a hands-on demo of Pewter Casting. Registration is required and begins on February 1 at 9:00 a.m.  Click here to register, or call 563-344-4175.
