As for the item due on the 4th, no worries there. We're not charging fines for the times that we were down. And I believe that the hold notice was probably an error; our old system sent out some notifications in error while we were on a backup system. If you do see that any of your holds are missing or there are other errors in your record, please let us know! Anna:

Little worried about the fact that no notices have gone out -- so I didn't know that I had two items due on the 4th nor that I have a hold that has come in. I know it's hard to change systems, and that there is a huge amount of work involved. Hoping it's helpful to know about problems and not just a pain in the neck. Thanks!
