Beat cabin fever at the Winter Carnival!
The City of Bettendorf will be hosting its annual Winter Carnival event on Jan 20th, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Activities are being offered at the Bettendorf Life Fitness Center, the Family Museum, and the Bettendorf Library. Here at the Library, we'll be learning ways to beat cabin fever!
The Library will be hosting free, 30-45 minute classes for all ages. Anyone is welcome to attend any class; younger children may require supervision for some. We'll also host a Little Hands site with activities for our younger patrons. The Valley Weavers and Spinners Guild will be our resident artists for the day, demonstrating their skills in the Creation Studio. Stop by, ask questions, and learn about the skills needed to spin and weave.
