Meeting reservation times are firm. Reservations which are not claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled start-time may be forfeited and made available to other users. Routine failure to notify the Library of cancellation may result in loss of meeting room privileges.
Cancellations must be reported at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting start-time, by the contact person on file (only). Pre-paid meeting reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit fees paid for that date. Repeat cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of meeting room privileges.
