The governing
body of the Bettendorf Public Library Foundation is the Board
of Directors. The board is composed of fifteen (15) members.
Board terms are three years with by-laws
dictating no board member serving more than two consecutive
terms. The Board of Directors meet the first Monday of every
even month at 12:00 p.m. Board meetings are open to the public.
