1. All materials that circulate to the public are eligible for renewal except any item on "reserve" and some items from other libraries that have renewal restrictions.

2. Material may be brought into the library to be renewed, renewed by use of the automated phone renewal system, or renewed on-line.

3. The library retains the right not to renew eligible materials which are temporarily in high demand.

4. Bettendorf cardholders may renew material belonging to Bettendorf Public Library more than once ONLY by bringing the materials to the Checkout Desk with the library card used for the original checkout. This does not apply for materials on reserve or materials belonging to other libraries and will not apply to the automated phone renewal, online renewal, of Self-Check options.
