National Library Week 2021

You can take the Library with you by downloading ebooks, audiobooks, digital magazines and music or by attending our virtual programs. And to make it even easier to take the Library with you, let’s make some (super) short stories that you can read (super) quickly!

6 Word Short Stories!

It’s said that Ernest Hemingway bet that he could write a story in just 6 words, and won the bet.  In that tradition, here's a 6 word story from our staff.

What story can you tell in 6 words?

Share them with us here, and we'll post them to social media during National Library Week from April 4-10.  If you include your name and age, that will be included on our social media posts.  Then follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see all the 6 Word Short Stories and take the Library with you wherever you go!
