Meeting Room Specifications
The public may book meeting rooms at the Library. Meeting Rooms may be scheduled at 90 day intervals and up to 90 days in advance online or by calling 563-344-4175. See the Meeting Room Policy for a schedule of fees. Groups may bring their own refreshments, or arrange for delivery of food and beverages. All rooms have projection screens.
- The Elizabeth Malmros Conference Room has a capacity of 18 and offers video conferencing capabilities.
- The Bettendorf Single, Gilbert, and Lillienthal Rooms each have a capacity of 30. Each room has electronic shades to darken it.
- The Bettendorf Single room can be combined with the Gilbert room, and the Gilbert Room can be combined with the Lillienthal Room to accomodate larger meetings with a capacity of 60.

Study and Conference Room Guidelines
- Library study rooms and conference rooms are available for use by individuals or small groups during normal operating hours.
- Admission fees, donations, or other fees may not be charged or solicited. Commercial activities such as selling merchandise, soliciting sales, placing orders, exchanging monies is strictly prohibited.
- Conference rooms may be reserved up to 2 business days in advance. Walk-in appointments are accepted based on availability.
- Study rooms are generally provided on a first come, first serve basis. Library staff reserves the right to impose time limits on use of study rooms if there is significant demand and limited space available.
