Join Quad Cities area libraries for a teen-centered morning of environmentalism and conservation. Learn how YOU can be part of the change with local nonprofit, government, and conservation organizations. Stop by for information on volunteering, jobs, and other ways you can get involved.
Event Information
Held at the Bettendorf Public Library, this free event is open to all Quad Cities residents with a focus on ages 10-18. Enjoy crafts, games, and a raffle as you chat with our participating organizations. You do not need to register or have a library card to attend.
What
Teen Environmental Summit

Saturday, February 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Activities:
- Raffle: Get a card punched by representatives at each table to be entered into a raffle drawing.
- Take and Make kits.
- Upcylce a shirt or tote bag: Give one of your old shirts or tote bags new life by creating custom Teen Environmental Summit goods using the tools in the Bettendorf Public Library Creation Studio. You must provide the (clean) shirt or tote, and all other materials will be supplied.
