Explore the wonders of science by experimenting with gravity, momentum, and motion with the Grout Museum's large cars and coasters station. Relax with feathered and furry friends at Miller's Petting Zoo. Frolic through foam blasted around Faye’s Field (bring a towel!), and send giant bubbles and paper rockets soaring through the sky.
Unleash your creativity with air-dry clay, watercolor painting, and a DIY recycle craft. Discover the art of illusion with professional magic tricks, or learn the tricks of the trade in a clown class. Join a dance class with the Family Museum, and enjoy face painting. Explore hands-on science stations scattered throughout the library's upstairs hall, and commemorate the day with balloon creations and caricatures.
For our youngest visitors, explore the Little Hands Site, designed especially for children aged 1-5.
This exciting day of discovery and delight is generously funded by Quad City Bank & Trust through the Bettendorf Public Library Foundation.
