Inventor and time traveler Brock Barnabas visits the present to recruit adventurous kids as dragon trainers, introducing them to a baby animatronic dragon.
Brock needs your help dealing with an overpopulation of dragons! Master the skills needed to defend against and tame dragons using Brock's science-based inventions and techniques. Then, once you’re ready, prepare to be sent to Medieval times to put your skills to the test. But wait—instead of sending you to the past, Brock pulls a dragon here! Can you use your newly learned skills to tame the dragon in the room?
The show concludes with a meet-and-greet with a baby animatronic dragon.
Programming for the children's Summer Reading Program is presented by Ascentra Credit Union, Eye Surgeons Associates, Quad City Bank & Trust, Twin State Inc., and IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union through the Bettendorf Public Library Foundation.
